Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
This policy explains what Non GamStop Casinos collects when you read the site, what is done with that data, and what you can ask of us. It is written in plain language because the site is small and the data it holds is smaller.
What we collect
There are no user accounts, no newsletter, and no comment system. The only data held about readers is the server log any web host writes: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user agent string. Logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted. These are not combined with any other source and there is no attempt to identify individuals from them.
If you email the editorial address, the message and our reply are kept for as long as they are useful to the correction or dispute they concern, and for no longer than two years.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics script. If that changes, this page will state what was added, what it records, and how to decline it before the change goes live. Your browser may store a display preference on your device. That stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Affiliate tracking
Every Visit button on the ranked list points to a path on this domain, which forwards you to the operator's affiliate network. That request passes an anonymous campaign identifier so the network can attribute a sign-up to this site. It does not carry your name, email address, or anything from our logs, and personal data is not received back from the operator. Once you arrive at the operator's site you are under its privacy policy, not ours, and we have no control over what it collects.
The operator may set its own cookies when you arrive. That is its act, on its domain, and the account controls available there are described in its own terms.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask us for the following:
- Access to what we hold about you, which in practice means any email correspondence, since server logs are not searched by individual.
- Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion of your correspondence. This will be done unless a payout dispute you asked us to record depends on it; in that case, you will be told and can decide.
- Objection to any processing, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think your data has been handled badly.
Our lawful basis for the server log is legitimate interest in running and securing a website. Our basis for holding correspondence is that you wrote to us and expect a reply. Data is not sold, not shared with operators, and not transferred outside the United Kingdom except where our hosting provider stores logs, under its standard contractual terms.
Children
The site is for readers aged 18 and over. Data about anyone younger is not knowingly held, and if you believe we do, write to the address below and it will be removed.
