Ranking Methodology
Every casino on the list carries a score out of 10. The score is built from five dimensions, each with a fixed weight. This sets the order of the list. Nothing else sets it.
The five dimensions and their weights
| Dimension | Weight | What earns the marks |
|---|---|---|
| Terms clarity | 30 | Maximum bet, game weighting, cashout cap, method matching, withdrawal minimums and dormant fees all present, findable, and consistent between the bonus page and the general terms. |
| Payout evidence | 25 | A withdrawal we put through ourselves, timed from confirmation to receipt, and whether the identity checks arrived when the terms said they would. |
| Licence transparency | 15 | The licence is named on the site, the licensee company can be identified, and the complaint route is published. |
| Games and live range | 15 | Library depth, live dealer presence, and whether the listed studios actually load from a British address. |
| Support and dispute route | 15 | Support that answers, a published complaints process, and how a test query about a bonus clause was handled. |
Terms clarity carries the largest weight. This is the dimension a reader is least able to check quickly before making a deposit. A site can score well here with strict terms if they are stated once, stated plainly, and do not contradict a bonus page elsewhere. Marks come off for a clause that exists in two versions, a cap hidden in a definitions section, or a bonus page that promises what the general terms take away.
Games and live range is scored from a British address. A library of 5,000 titles on paper is worth less if a third of them refuse to load here. The review lists which studios were blocked at the time of testing.
What a 9 means against a 7
A 9 has terms we could read end to end without finding a contradiction, a withdrawal we timed, a named licence with a published complaint route, and support that answered a specific question about a clause. A 7 is missing one of those or is weak on two. The commonest route to a 7 is an untimed withdrawal paired with a bonus page that disagrees with the general terms. The review will say which it was.
Below 7 a site is usually not on the list at all. The list is fifteen long because fifteen sites cleared the floor, not because fifteen is a tidy number.
Why an untimed brand cannot score full payout marks
Payout evidence is 25 of the 100 points. The word is evidence, not reputation. If we did not put a withdrawal through a cashier and watch it clear, we hold no evidence. The dimension cannot be scored at the top whatever the operator's own page claims about its speed. Lucki.Casino, Kaasino, Winstler, SpinTime and Slottio are on the list without a timed figure, and their scores carry that cost. A high rank at any of those five rests on the other four dimensions. If a withdrawal is timed, the score is revisited and the review is re-dated.
Re-testing cadence
Terms are re-read every 90 days, or sooner when a reader reports a change. Timed withdrawals are repeated at least twice a year per site, on a different rail if the site offers more than one. Any payout dispute a reader sends to the editorial address is logged against the review. A site whose terms change materially between passes is re-scored at the next one. The last updated date on the review moves so you can see when it was last read.
Independence
The site earns affiliate commission when a reader opens an account through a Visit button. Rates vary between operators. The score does not know what the rate is, and no dimension carries a weight for it. Operators do not see a review before it is published and cannot buy an amendment to one afterwards. An operator that disputes a fact can write to the editorial address and, where it is right, the review is corrected and the correction dated. An operator that disputes a score gets a copy of this page.
