Non GamStop Casinos

About Us

Non GamStop Casinos is a single-topic site. It covers fifteen online casinos that accept players from the United Kingdom without holding a licence from the Gambling Commission, and it covers them from their own terms and conditions outward. There is one ranked list, a handful of supporting pages, and a reading of the small print that most people skip.

Why a site about casinos outside GamStop exists at all

GamStop is the national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling in Great Britain. Every operator licensed by the Gambling Commission has to take part in it. The scheme's own report for the first half of 2026 put registrations at 614,738. A casino licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan sits outside that scheme, so it turns up in a search for this phrase.

People look for these sites for different reasons. Some finished a self-exclusion period and want somewhere with higher table limits. Some object to the affordability checks that licensed sites now run. Some are still inside a GamStop period and are looking for a way round it. We say plainly on every page that we will not help with that. The common thread is that all of them are about to accept a terms page that no British regulator will read afterwards.

The clause that decides whether you keep a win is usually several screens below the banner, under a heading like General Bonus Terms. It is short. Our job is to find it before you deposit.

How we are paid, and what that does not buy

The site earns a commission when a reader clicks a Visit button, opens an account and deposits. Those buttons point to a short path on this domain rather than to the raw tracking link, so the click carries a campaign identifier and nothing about you. The bonus you receive is the one printed on the operator's site.

The commission does not buy a position. The order of the list is set by the review score, which is built from five weighted dimensions described on the methodology page. An operator that pays more does not move up. An operator that stops paying does not move down, though it may be removed if we can no longer put a test deposit through its cashier. We have been asked, more than once, to swap two positions for a better rate. The answer was no, and it stays no.

Brand names in the body of a review are never linked. Links live in the ranked cards and nowhere else, so you can read a full review without being nudged toward a button.

What our research covers

Every one of the fifteen casinos on the list had its full terms and conditions read by a person, with the bonus terms and the withdrawal section read twice. That covers the maximum bet while a bonus is active, how games are weighted toward wagering, any cap on what a bonus can pay out, method-matching rules between deposit and withdrawal, the minimum withdrawal and how many you may make in a day, and dormant account fees.

Ten of the fifteen also had a real withdrawal timed, from the moment the request was confirmed to the moment the funds showed on our side. Those ten carry a payout figure on their card and in their review. The other five, Lucki.Casino, Kaasino, Winstler, SpinTime and Slottio, do not. We describe the rail they offer and say the withdrawal was not timed. We do not estimate, and we do not borrow a figure from a forum.

Licences are reported as declared. If a site says it holds a Curaçao licence, the review says the site declares a Curaçao licence. We have no means of checking a register in another jurisdiction and we will not pretend otherwise.

Three entries that show how we write about an operator

Tenobet carries the largest headline match on the list, 400% up to £5,000. That number is exactly why its review opens on the clause that caps it rather than on the offer. The site declares a Curaçao licence, takes a £25 minimum deposit, and our test withdrawal cleared inside 24 hours. The review tells you what a four-figure match costs in turnover before it says a word about the live tables.

Lucki.Casino sits at the top of the list with a package of up to £5,000 plus 20% cashback and a £25 minimum deposit. We did not time a withdrawal there. The review says so, describes the crypto and card rails on offer, and prints no number. Its rank rests on the terms and the range, not on a payout we did not watch clear.

Madcasino is one of two sites on the list declaring an Anjouan licence rather than a Curaçao one, with a £10 minimum deposit and a welcome of 100% up to £1,500 plus 300 free spins. Its review spends a paragraph on what an Anjouan licence does and does not give a British player, because that matters more than the spin count. The test withdrawal cleared inside 48 hours, and that figure is printed because it was measured.

Comparing headline packages

A welcome offer has three parts that matter and one that does not. The parts that matter are the multiple, the base it applies to, and the cap on what the bonus can pay out. The part that does not matter is the percentage on the banner. A 40x multiple on a £100 bonus is £4,000 of turnover. Whether that multiple applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus roughly doubles the figure.

On our pages the arithmetic is written out in pounds and kept generic, so you can lay it against your own bankroll. We do not attribute a wagering multiple to a named brand, because multiples change without notice and the figures we verified do not include them. The bonus string on each card is quoted as given, and the terms page you accept at sign-up outranks ours.

How the money side works

A casino outside GamStop runs the same cashier shape as a licensed one. There are a few differences that flow from where it is licensed. Debit cards are taken at most sites. Credit cards may be, because the British ban on credit-card gambling is a Gambling Commission rule, though your card issuer may decline the transaction anyway. PayPal is almost never available. Crypto is common, and it is the fastest rail once your identity checks are complete.

Some sites hold a sterling wallet. Others convert your deposit to euros or dollars at the cashier and apply a spread on the way in and again on the way out. Identity checks arrive at the first withdrawal rather than at sign-up, and a larger sum may bring a source-of-funds request. If a payout is refused, the route is the operator's support desk and then the licensor's complaint form. There is no British alternative dispute resolution body to escalate to.

What is on offer inside these casinos

The libraries are large, between roughly 2,500 and 5,000 titles across the list, drawn from studios you would recognise from a licensed lobby. Slots are the bulk of it. Live dealer tables are present at most sites, and five of the fifteen run a sportsbook on the same balance as the casino. The £5 per spin limit that applies to online slots in Great Britain does not apply at these sites, which is a difference we report rather than recommend.

A game that is missing when you log in from a British address is usually a provider geo-block rather than a fault at the casino.

Regulation, eligibility and what we will not tell you

This site is for readers aged 18 and over who live in the United Kingdom. None of the fifteen casinos listed holds a licence from the Gambling Commission. That means no approved dispute body, no British affordability rules, no protection for your balance beyond whatever the operator's terms say, and no part in GamStop. Playing at such a site is not an offence for you, because the Gambling Act 2005 licenses operators rather than players. The protections you are used to are absent.

We will not tell you how to get around GamStop. If you registered with the scheme and a licensed site is refusing you, the scheme is doing what you asked of it. The responsible gambling page carries the GamCare line, the blocking tools and a plain account of the warning signs. If any of that reads like you, start there and not with the list.

Who writes this and how to reach us

The pages are written by Rhys Caldecott, a casino terms and conditions analyst based in Cardiff who spent six years on the promotions compliance desk of an operator licensed by the Gambling Commission. His author page explains what he reads first and what he refuses to print. Corrections, a changed clause, or a payout dispute you would like placed on record go to editor@playactioninternational.org. We read everything, and we reply to anything that concerns a listed operator.
