Monica has been a chef for Play Action International for over 13 years. She creates delicious and nutritious dishes to fuel both volunteers and PAI staff alike. During the summer months, Monica is a key part of project life on our volunteering programme Project Play, working to produce a varied menu that gives the opportunity for volunteers to try unique East African favourites.
