Adrian Potter – Volunteer Coordinator

Adrian’s involvement in charity work began in 2017 when he volunteered in Ghana with VSO, living in a village and serving as an English Language Assistant at a local school. This experience sparked his passion for travel, cultural exchange, and highlighted the significant impact charity work can have in developing countries. After earning a degree in Film Production, Adrian spent two years as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school, followed by an internship in Cambodia where he supported various charity initiatives like education, animal welfare and clean water. Back in the UK, he worked as a Volunteer Coordinator for a mental health charity before joining Play Action International. Adrian is looking forward to his interaction with the volunteers and guiding them through their fundraising. In his free time, Adrian enjoys running, practicing yoga, going to the cinema, and occasionally indulging in his favourite snack—crisps.
